I paid my account off in April of this year, they even submitted it to credit bureau as closed. Well, still shows I owe that amount and no one can help at this company? They call and harass me and say it will be resolved in 3 business days. That never happens! I would never ever purchase from these incompetent people again. Stay away from them. Not only is it over priced but the fees is outrageous. Can someone please do what is right at this company?
I have been a customer for over 20 years but I've had enough. I received a threatening email from them that they'd close my account because payment was due on 5/24. Today is 5/25. You got that - ONE day late. I have nearly 50 numbers blocked from them. They are ridiculous. Terrible customer service. This is the last straw. If they were the only store in the country that sold refrigerators I'd rather eat rotten food than buy anything from them. Run away. Far away.

One review is too much for Conn’s. Very unprofessional. Rude staff. Purchased a refrigerator confirmed delivery and time they did not show up. They called and said they had driver issues. I called back the Dallas warehouse they hang up. After 3 hours on the phone I found out from CS they moved my order out 4 days that will make it total of 17 days with no refrigerator. The reason why I shopped there they gave me a better date for delivery but they lied. I do not recommend this place. I will never shop there.Talking to a totall of 12 people only 2 were nice. They are rude and very very unprofessional.

If I could give a 0 for review I would do just that.. We have been a customer of conns for over 9 years, we recently made a huge ($10,000) purchase to furnish our new home. Needless to say they messed it all up! Formal Dining set delivered 2 times damaged, finally the 3rd time it was not damaged. I missed a family gathering at my mother's burial due to their lack of communication, they were to deliver it on May 3rd never showed up no call no email no nothing! I have called corporate to speak to a Manger for the last 3 weeks and they state that I will get a call back! Still NOTHING.... We have spoken to someone in store who stated they would also have a general manager look into this and I still have not heard back from them... They will never ever get another penny of our money!

Do not purchase from this store. I placed an order for appliances with installation. Installation was scheduled for a different day than delivery. Installers never showed up. Every time I call I'm told they will get back to me or I'm placed on hold until call is disconnected. I was hold once for an hour. After two weeks of this I asked my order be cancelled and items picked up. They will not schedule pickup until restocking fee is paid even though they have not fulfilled the order as purchased. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the attorney general of my state. The appliances are sitting in my living room. Horrible company.
If I could give 0 to Conns Home plus in Corpus Christi Texas I would! They are money hungry thieves who will sell you with a smile and then stab you in the back! I purchased a Norditrack treadmill in February and to this day I have half a treadmill in my bedroom and from the store manager James McFadden to Yolanda in Corporate have been totally useless. They don’t return your phone calls and leave you hanging on the phone purposely. I asked for them to pick up this part I have and bring me a new machine which is what I bought and paid for and I got a cold e-mail from a Yolanda in corporate that my request for an exchange was denied. How can they get away with such practices? I am reporting them and making a formal complaint to the OCCC and the Better Business Bureau. I suggest others having problems with this company do this as well! Buyer beware of Conn’s Home Plus!!!
My delivery experience was the best in the world.... Gregory and his co-worker both are amazing ... on time .... everything perfect really friendly and they leave all my living room clean .... they deserve a great review Iam a happy customer and if I buy more staff for Cons’s I really hope to find them again ....thank you
The experience in store was ok! Sales man, easy and friendly to finance the couch i wanted. I wanted to get it delivered because I and disabled, and that’s where the mess began. I was told in store the couch would be delivered on Saturday 4/10. I cleared my Saturday. Friday went by no call no nothing. Saturday morning call the 844 to find out that they are not delivering my couch until Sunday. I was told in the store that that it is 24 hour delivery. But the where booked on Friday so Saturday would have to work. But when I call the 844 number they tell me it will not be delivered until 4/11. That is not what I was told. The option I was given was to re schedule it for another day. Umm. Why would I want it to be pushed out even further. I’m paying about $150 for this delivery, you think they would at least try to accommodate their customers but no they don’t give you any options. They connected me to the store and the so called Manger I spoke to was no help at all. Basically they boast that they delivery with in 24 hours. They charge you $150 and they deliver when ever they want to. Ifelt is if I was screwed with no Vaseline. It is crazy how they treat you. On top of that I'm disabled and can't do it myself. so Im the one that is Going through this huge mess makes me never ever ant to use them again. I Would/will not refer anyone to them due to their delivery services. Delivery is too expensive too have them treat you like they’re doing you a favor when you’re paying them for this service.
If I could give them no stars that's what I would do. This company is ridiculous. I bought a refrigerator from them with no interest for 12 months. With covid and me not working I still was able to make my monthly payments on time. I had no knowledge that when the 12 months were up, the would add all the interest to my balance. Mind u, there is a whole pandemic and I can't remember to put my mask on. How in the hell would they think I would remember when my 12 months was approaching. I will not buy another piece of furniture from them in life. That's on everything. Very unsympathetic. Go out of business soon..
Conn's accessed my credit sent me a card without my permission. Which a credit thief got out mail and now I can sue conn's. Remember there just here to con you out your money.
Wow I usually read reviews before purchasing but it was 2 lazy boys so I didnt bother. BIG MISTAKE, The sales person told me I can try the 2 recliners out for 30 days after 3 days 1 was already falling apart and we hated the other 1. We went to the store they said 30 exchange on our dryer only you're STUCk with those chairs all sales are final!! I had then first 3 fricking days!! Go to walkers anywhere that offers option to change. You cant tell by trying a chair out for 5 minutes!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!BEWARE
Horrible service! I have a Maytag dryer that I purchased and have had nothing but trouble with. The first year it broke down 4 times and Maytag came out and did the repairs, no charge but it kept blowing sensors and mother boards. The next year was the same issue but Maytag would not touch it due to the 12 month manufacture warranty, I had to use Conn's Extended Warranty, they have been out numerous times and it is still not working. I have purchased another dryer from someone else due to the lack of communication from Conn's. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
THEY HARRASS YOU SO BAD. I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW BAD IT IS. I HAD SURGERY CALLED THEM SAID I WOULD BE 5 DAYS LATE SHE WAS LIKE FINE I NOTED YOUR ACCOUNT. THEN 10 TO 15 TIMES ADAY FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD THEY CALL YOU. ITS CALLED ACCOUNT SERVICES. ITS SOOOOO BAD. I HAVE MADE A REPORT AT PD TOOK PICTURES OF MY PHONE AND CONTACTED A ATTORNEY. THEY ARE LITERALLY HARRASSING ME. DONT GO THERE, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!
